We now offer worldwide delivery from the United Kingdom.

Please note that we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes or military addresses
  • Countries or regions where local customs, import laws, or courier restrictions prevent safe or lawful delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure that cosmetic products are permitted for import into your country. If an order is returned, refused, or destroyed due to local import laws, unpaid customs duties, or delivery restrictions, we will not be held liable.

SHIPPING COST

  • UK Orders over £50 – Free Standard Shipping
  • UK Orders under £50 – £4.99 delivery fee
  • International Orders – Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method

All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid directly by you upon delivery.

DELIVERY TIMLINES

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 working days
  • Deliveries may be made Monday to Sunday depending on service/courier
  • International delivery times will vary based on destination and local customs processes
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email

Please note that customs inspections may cause delays. We are not responsible for delays resulting from import procedures, courier disruptions, or incorrect address details.

All orders are fully insured while in transit. Once your order is delivered, responsibility for the goods transfers to you.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your skincare, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Items are unopened and unused
  • Items are in original packaging with all inserts (e.g. instructions, certificates, etc.)
  • The return includes your original delivery slip

Please note:

  • Returns are at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping
  • We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, damaged, personalised, or altered in any way.
  • Items that do not meet our returns criteria will not be refunded and will only be sent back upon request, at your expense.

To begin a return, please contact our customer care team at service@onepointsixtwo.co. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
