ARE YOUR PRODUCTS COMEDOGENIC?

CAN I USE RETINOL WITH YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes, you can safely use our products alongside retinol. However, because retinol can increase skin sensitivity—especially when first introduced—it’s important to start slowly and monitor your skin’s response. Our Vitamin C Serum is best applied in the morning, while our Niacinamide Cream and Azelaic Acid Serum work well in the evening with retinol, helping to soothe and support the skin. Always patch test first, introduce one product at a time, and use SPF daily, as retinol can make your skin more sun-sensitive.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF MY PRODUCT?
The shelf life of our products is 12 months after opening, as indicated by the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging. To ensure optimal performance and safety, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep containers tightly sealed.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HYPOALLERGENIC?
Our entire collection is formulated to be gentle on the skin and minimise the likelihood of allergic reactions. However, if you’ve experienced sensitivity to cosmetic products in the past, we recommend performing a simple patch test. Apply a coin-sized amount of the product to the inside of your forearm and leave it on for 24 hours. If you notice any redness, irritation, or discomfort, the product may contain an ingredient your skin doesn’t tolerate. If there’s no reaction, you can feel confident using the product as part of your routine.
