These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made via our website [www.onepointsixtwo.co] (the "Website") for personal, non-commercial use.
We offer worldwide shipping to most international destinations, including but not limited to the United Kingdom, European Economic Area (EEA), Canada, and the United States.
Please note the following when ordering from outside the UK:
  • Your order may be subject to import duties, customs charges, additional delivery fees, VAT and other local taxes. These charges are not included in our prices at checkout and must be paid by you directly to the relevant authorities. 
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing. We do not guarantee delivery timelines for international orders.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the products comply with any applicable local laws and import regulations in your country.
  • International shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities, which could result in delays.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published at the time of your order will apply.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, ingredients, and other information on the Website are accurate. However, slight variations may occur, particularly in colour or appearance due to digital display differences.
All products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide a refund if payment has already been taken.

4.1 WHO CAN ORDER

  • Provide accurate billing and delivery details
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that:

4.2 HOW TO ORDER

  2. Enter your shipping and billing details
  3. Select a delivery option and payment method
  4. Review your order and accept these Terms by checking the confirmation box
  5. Complete payment to finalise your order
You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by a dispatch email once your items have shipped.

ARTICLE 5 - SUBSCRIPTIONS

We offer a subscription service for selected products with delivery frequencies of every 1, 2, or 3 months. Subscriptions include a 10% discount and other exclusive perks.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account. Payment details are securely stored and billed automatically on your selected schedule. You will receive reminders before each renewal.
We reserve the right to update or discontinue the subscription service with 30 days’ notice.

ARTICLE 6 - PRICING

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP £) and include VAT where applicable (UK only). Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders. If a pricing error is identified after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed or cancel.

ARTICLE 7 - PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Revolut Pay, and other options shown at checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders will not be confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

ARTICLE 8 - DELIVERY

We deliver worldwide. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Important notes for international customers:
  • We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges incurred.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Delays caused by customs clearance or inspections are outside of our control.
  • You are responsible for complying with all local import regulations and ensuring the products are allowed in your country.
Ownership of the products passes to you upon delivery.

ARTICLE 9 - RETURNS

You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging with all inserts and documentation.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service or follow the process outlined on our Website. Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. We cannot refund opened, damaged, or used products, or items marked as "Final Sale".

ARTICLE 10 - FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and product batch code.
Once verified, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement, including shipping costs.

ARTICLE 11 - PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, we may offer discount codes or promotions. These:
  • Are valid only for the specified time and cannot be extended
  • Cannot be combined with other offers
  • Hold no cash value and are non-transferable
If a refund is issued on an order using a discount, the amount refunded will reflect the discounted price paid.

ARTICLE 15 - FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, customs delays, war, or government restrictions.
If such an event delays your order for more than 30 days, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
